Fall colors are popping early here in Asheville this year! These photos were taken less than halfway through October by Botanical Gardens at Asheville family photographer, and I am still having a hard time believing this gorgeous color is already here!
This is the third time that I have had the honor of capturing photos of this beautiful family. Every year around this time, we meet for their yearly family photo session, and it is always a highlight of my fall. This family is sweet, kind, and truly loves to spend time together! The kids are happy to be in photos together, whether being silly or serious, and they love to hug on each other. They truly make my job easy!
For their family photos in Asheville this year, I met them at one of my favorite photo spots, as their Botanical Gardens at Asheville Family Photographer. I love this location because it is extremely diverse all year with open green space, rock walls, bridges, a creek, trails, benches, and more. There are always beautiful landscapes to use, and in the fall, the colors of the leaves are amazing! With many species of trees in the park, there is a range of colors that last a little longer here. It’s beautiful!
As these two kids get older, we are transitioning from mostly family snuggling photos, to family standing together photos. This is perfect for them to display a variety of photos at home over the years. Another thing I love about this family though, is that even though the kids are getting older and want a little more space, they are still up for a quick hug or snuggle in a photo. This is something that families with older children don’t always get, but I truly believe that because of this family’s beautiful close connection, they will always be happy to snuggle in, even if it’s for just a few seconds.
We truly had a perfect evening for this family session, and it was such an honor to capture this lovely family for the third year in a row as the Botanical Gardens at Asheville Family Photographer!
