This fall wedding at The Lodge at Flat Rock was absolutely beautiful! With floral pumpkin aisle decor, rich fall colors, and Heather and Greg’s immense joy, it was a simply perfect Hendersonville, NC wedding!
Last fall I had the pleasure of photographing Heather and Greg’s engagement photos in Asheville, NC at The North Carolina Arboretum. That day they shared their love for one another in front of my lens, and it was absolutely beautiful. I knew that on their wedding day their love was going to shine brightly and it certainly did! I could tell from the first moment I saw them together at the altar that they have fallen even more in love with one another. Their joy and laughter was big and bright, and I loved documenting every moment of it!
Throughout their entire wedding day, I could feel the excitement from Heather and Greg, even before they saw one another. While they each got ready with their attendants, their smiles were huge, their eyes sparkled, and they were overjoyed with the excitement of the day. Their laughter was abundant and they shared sweet moments with me in front of my camera while opening their love letters and gifts from one another. I knew in those moments that they were happy to wait to see each other for the first time on their wedding day at the end of the aisle, but they were secretly missing each other.
During the ceremony and reception Heather and Greg were surrounded by their guests who brought love and support to them from all over the country. The hugs, handshakes, and joy shared with guests on a wedding day is priceless, and Heather and Greg had a wonderful abundance of it. From boogying down on the dance floor with their siblings and parents, to singing out loud to their favorite songs with friends, it was truly a perfect fall wedding day for them, as well as this Hendersonville wedding photographer.
